The IT Communications Manager is responsible for the implementation and management of a range of online communication strategies targeting CMB’s coordinated Equity Initiative web platforms, including EI website, social networking/media activities for community building, and the EI fellowship program’s online learning management system (LMS).
Equity Initiative Web Communications
Act as site webmaster for main EI website (www.equityinitiative.org)
Responsible to actively maintain website CMS (Wordpress) and develop quality content in conjunction with EI team
Maintain repository and inventory of digital assets, including photo and video
Manage fellowship online application system
Generate online interaction and community building through EI’s social networking platform, HealthSpace.Asia and other social media channels
Liaise with web developers for site performance and troubleshooting; manage website domain and hosting account
Online Learning Management System
Update fellowship curriculum modules in LMS (Docebo)
Support the development of online learning modules (Storyline)
Maintain Equity Library system and digital assets, including e-books & PDFs
Monitor analytics and report user statistics
Profile/Professional Skills
- Quick-learner, highly motivated
- Very good knowledge of English (both speaking and writing)
- 2-4 years experience in website management/content development or design orworking knowledge of various CMS or LMS and social media Excellent project and deadline management skills
