Assessment of countering-trafficking-in-persons situations in Thailand and SAPAN Ex-post evaluation
Social Impact is responding to a Task Order under our ALME/RDMA contract. The purpose of this Task Order is to support the Assessment of countering-trafficking-in-persons situations in Thailand and SAPAN Ex-post evaluation.
Period of Performance:
The estimated period of performance for this TO is about 6-month activity, beginning on or about the end of September 2016
1. Senior Human Rights Specialist (Local Team Member), the Assessment of Countering Trafficking in Person Situation in Thailand
Responsibilities:
Senior Human Rights Specialist will be responsible for providing technical and management expertise on migration and Trafficking in person issues to the assessment team for implementation of this assessment across the entire assessment process from the design, data collection and analysis, presentation and report writing.
Qualifications:
The Specialist must have:
At least Master’s in a relevant field and 12 years of related including substantial demonstrated experience in designing, evaluating and/or assessing donor-funded projects in migration and Trafficking in person contexts and issues in Thailand, as well as in human rights and vulnerable populations areas
Extensive understand of USAID’s Democratic, Rights and Governance goals and objectives.
Extensive experience engage constructively and effectively with USG and senior host country counterparts and government officials.
Experience in implementing gender-sensitive assessment approaches.
Excellent in English and Thai languages writing, editing, and communication skills.

2. Senior Peace-Building Specialist (Local Team Member), the SAPAN Ex-post Evaluation in Thailand
Responsibilities:
Senior Peace-Building Specialist will responsible for providing technical and management expertise on related issues to the team for implementation of SAPAN ex-post evaluation across the entire evaluation process from the design, data collection and analysis, presentation and report writing.
Qualifications:
The Senior Peace-Building Specialist must have:
At least Master’s in a relevant field and 12 years of related experience (doctorate-level credentials are an added strength), including substantial demonstrated experience in designing, evaluating and/or assessing donor-funded projects in governance, civil society governance engagement, capacity building, conflict management and peace building challenges.
Extensive understand of USAID’s Democratic, Rights and Governance goals and objectives.
Experience in implementing gender-sensitive assessment approaches.
Experience in significant professional experience implementing similarly assessment and/or evaluations involving multiple stakeholders.
Excellent in English and Thai language writing, editing, and communication skills
