Join Us as Senior Program Coordinator

Location: Mae Sot | Status: Full Time| Report to: Senior Program Manager

Are you a professional passionate about making a difference? REACH for Equity is seeking a Program Coordinator who will be based in Mae Sot, Thailand and is responsible for supporting the implementation of health system strengthening (HSS) interventions by coordinating partners, ensuring integration of cross-cutting priorities, and assisting in planning, budgeting, and M&E activities. It also involves monitoring performance, contributing to reporting, providing technical support, and facilitating stakeholder coordination to ensure effective, high-quality program delivery. This position will report to Senior Program Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in health program implementation, community health systems strengthening, monitoring and evaluation, or related areas in international or development settings.
• Preferred experience in Primary Health Care (PHC) and Health Systems Strengthening (HSS) implementation.
• Experience working with local CSOs, ECBHOs, and community stakeholders in PHC and HSS programming.
• Fluency in Myanmar and English, with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting and documenting workshops, meetings, and capacity-building activities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with ability to work effectively across teams and partners.
• Ability to understand and adapt to local cultural and political contexts, and support implementation in complex settings
