Join Us as Program Coordinator

Location: Mae Sot | Status: Full Time | Report to: Program Manager

Are you a professional passionate about making a difference? REACH for Equity is seeking a Program Coordinator who will be based in Mae Sot, Thailand and is responsible for supports the coordination and implementation of primary and secondary health services, ensuring quality care, inclusive approaches, and alignment with project plans, budgets, and M&E frameworks. It also involves monitoring partner performance, assisting with reporting and data activities, and facilitating collaboration among stakeholders to ensure effective and timely project delivery. This position will report to Program Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in health program implementation, community health systems strengthening, monitoring and evaluation, or related areas in international or development settings.
• Preferred experience in Primary Health Care (PHC) and Health Systems Strengthening (HSS) implementation.
• Experience working with local CSOs, ECBHOs, and community stakeholders in PHC and HSS programming.
• Fluency in Myanmar and English, with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting and documenting workshops, meetings, and capacity-building activities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with ability to work effectively across teams and partners.
• Ability to understand and adapt to local cultural and political contexts, and support implementation in complex settings.
