The Sustainable Rice Platform (SRP) Services Co., Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and Administration Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our Secretariat in Bangkok. This role is essential to managing our financial and administrative systems, with a strong emphasis on Thai statutory compliance and use of the Sage accounting system.
You’ll work closely with the Managing Director and Secretariat team to ensure efficient daily operations and robust financial oversight.

· Process supplier invoices, staff reimbursements, and payments using Sage
· Maintain accurate and complete general ledger entries per Thai Accounting Standards
· Submit monthly tax filings:
o PND1 – Withholding tax for salaries
o PND3 & PND53 – Withholding tax for service providers
o PP30 – VAT filing
o PND50/51 – Corporate income tax (annual/semi-annual), in coordination with external accountant
· Handle monthly payroll: salary calculations, deductions, and coordination with external provider
· Submit monthly Social Security Fund (SSO) contributions
· Manage petty cash and perform bank reconciliations
· Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing
· Monitor budget vs. actual spending and support financial forecasting
· Coordinate with the Revenue Department, Social Security Office, and auditors
· Prepare supporting documents for donor or internal audits
· Ensure compliance with Thai labour laws, revenue codes, and the Accounting Act
· Maintain a well-organized filing system for invoices, receipts, tax forms, and contracts
· Liaise with vendors and service providers on payments and billing issues
· Draft financial reports for internal use and donor reporting (in both Thai and English)
· Oversee daily office operations and maintain office supplies
· Manage internal communications, phone calls, and correspondence
· Coordinate travel bookings, scheduling, filing, and document handling
· Assist in preparing reports and presentations
· Support training sessions and meeting logistics
· Proven background in finance and administration, with hands-on Sage accounting experience
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and SharePoint
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
· Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a strong team spirit
· Self-motivated, adaptable, and professional in communication
Working Relationships
· Internal: Managing Director, Executive Director and Board Treasurer
· External: Accounting Firm Auditors, Bankers, Donors, Vendors, and Regulatory Bodies
Duration & Performance Review
· The position is subject to a probationary period of 6 months
· Annual performance evaluations will be conducted by the Managing Director
Reporting and working arrangements:
This full-time position will report to the Managing Director, SRP (Services) Co., Ltd., who, together with the secretariate team.
Ideally, you’ll be someone who:
· Has hands-on experience with the Sage accounting system
· Thrives on accurate data entry and process management
· Process supplier invoices, staff reimbursements, and payments using Sage
· Record and maintain accurate and complete general ledger entries in accordance with Thai accounting standards
· Prepare and submit monthly tax reports including:
· PND1 – Withholding tax for salaries
· PND3 & PND53 – Withholding tax for service providers
· PP30 – Value-added tax (VAT) filing
· PND50/PND51 – Corporate income tax (annual/semi-annual), in coordination with external accountant
· Handle monthly payroll, including salary calculation, deductions, and coordination with external payroll provider (if any)
· Prepare and submit monthly Social Security Fund (SSO) contribution
· Manage petty cash and bank reconciliations
· Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
· Monitor and control budget vs. actual spending; assist in forecast updates
· Coordinate with the Revenue Department, Social Security Office, and external auditors as required
· Prepare accounting documentation for donor, or internal audits
· Ensure compliance with Thai labour laws, revenue code, and accounting act
· Maintain organized and up-to-date filing system for all invoices, receipts, tax forms, contracts, etc.
· Liaise with vendors and service providers to resolve billing or payment issues
· Assist in drafting financial reports for management and funders in both Thai and English
Office Admin:
· Coordinate daily office operations and maintain office supplies
· Handle internal communication, calls, and general correspondence
· Support scheduling, travel arrangements, filing, and documentation
· Assist in preparing reports and presentation materials
· Coordinate training and meeting logistics
