20,700 ~ (depending on the educational background and working experience)

Job Description:
The position is the secretary of the Project Coordinator (JICA Expert) with the cost sponsored by JICA budget.
Main responsibilities are to support all tasks under the project assigned by JICA experts and Thai researchers as follows:
a. To assist administrative and logistic coordination of the project, i.g. procurement, contract, reservations
b. To assist the Thai Researchers in conducting research activities includes field survey to provincial area
c. To assist all the recordings duties (taking note, video, photos, list-making, data)
d. To coordinate between Thai researchers and relevant organizations (Government office and Industrial Park)
f. To support documentation for project implementation English/Thai
g. To do the secretarial job for JICA Project Coordinator and Japanese Researchers includes private matter
f. Any other necessary jobs including overtime/holiday work
Main working space is located in College of Population Study and Faculty of Engineering (nearby Thai Redcross Hospital)

Employer's Background:
Chulalongkorn University and Nagoya Institute of Technology are operating collaboration research work on the topic of "Regional resilience enhancement through establishment of Area-BCM at industry complexes in Thailand" under the sponsorship of JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) and JST (Japan Science and Technology Agency). The research target is to develop the methodology for establishing and operating training of business continuity management collaborating among the companies of the industrial parks, workers, and local communities around the industrial parks. Thai researchers are belonging to College of Population Study, Faculty of Engineering, and other departments of Chulalongkorn Univesity. Project period is July 2018 to July 2023.
