Specific Objective: The recruitment specialists - under supervision by Senior HR Officer and the hiring manager – will use several channels and innovative techniques to search for suitable candidates and pre-screen them into our formal interview and testing process, which will be conducted in a timely manner.  This process will be conducted simultaneously with our formal open recruitment process. The recruitment specialist may agree to recruit all posts or some posts only. Essentially, we would require the recruiters to possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successful recruiter as in-house recruiter, freelancer or agency recruiter.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge and means to explore right candidates in the Thai market. New online channels of access to CVs or pools of contacts are highly interested. This include but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
  • Solid ability to conduct interview and screen for the right candidates.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the nature of advocacy work and skills needed per post or the post interested to take (private sector advocacy is not a philanthropic CSR)
  • Agree with our approach of having a few consultants to do this work simultaneously.
  • Possess high HR ethics for recruitment.

How to apply: Please submit your CV or track record of success along with an outline proposal of the recruiting methodology that you want to use, the posts you are interested to recruit, quotation and terms of engagement as a consultant with us to hr_thailand@oxfam.org.uk.  Immediate start is welcome.

Oxfam reserves the rights to conclude the selection process before the advertised submission deadline if qualified candidate is found.
