IT Support & Network Manager

(Full-time; forty hours from Mo.-Fr.)

Tasks

• Managing information technology and computer systems in all offices (locally and remotely); diagnosing hardware and software malfunctions (annual travel to our office in Siem Reap and Yangon)
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting IT problems, replacing hardware and installing new software
• Security and Firewall Management
• Managing and maintaining the network, as well as network performance monitoring
• Identifying, installing and maintaining upgrades to the network
• Overseeing user access to the network                                            
• E-Mail Server Management 
• Budgeting and Procurement of IT equipment for all three offices
• Troubleshooting and configuration of servers                              
• Liaise with external IT service providers
• Configuration and Troubleshooting of Microsoft Server 2012 (AD, DNS, DCHP, File Sever)
• Back up and disaster recovery of servers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum BA degree in information and communication technology (or comparable qualification)
• specific IT knowledge in
  • Microsoft NET framework                                                             
  • Windows server 2012                                   
  • Firewall management                                         
  • LAN management                                                     
  • SQL server management studio                        
  • Email server management                      
• 3 years of relevant working experience                                                            
• Great attention to detail required
• Strong analytical skills                                                                                     
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in English language required                                    
• High motivation to work for an NGO
