Location: Chiang Mai | Status: Full Time | Report to: Finance Manager

Travel: Frequently travel to Partner’s Project Area, if needed

Are you a professional passionate about making a difference? monitors expenditures to strengthen accountability and transparency across programs. REACH for Equity is seeking a Finance Coordinator based in Chiang Mai who will be responsible for overseeing REACH’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with donor and organizational policies, and supporting accurate budgeting and reporting across projects and partner organizations. The role provides technical financial guidance to staff and partners, leads budget monitoring, and supports audits and donor reporting. This position works closely with the Finance Manager, supervises a Finance Officer, and travels as needed to partner project areas to provide financial oversight and capacity building.

What We’re Looking For:

• B Com, LCCI Level III or University Bachelor's degree and diploma in accounting.
• At least five years’ experience in a finance environment.
• Sound judgment, planning and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Essential skills in Excel and accounting software is preferred.
• Competence in using information technology, work-procession spreadsheet and PowerPoint software.
• Exposure to NGO work is an advantage.
• Able to think for themselves and make the necessary decision.
• Able to work independently.
