Position Title:            Project Assistant, (Thai National)

Open Period:             1 September 2019-30 September 2019

Position Description: The Project Assistant provides general administrative and logistic support to the Weather, Water, Climate R&D and System Research and Development team for the projects.

Duty Station:             RIMES Regional Facility, Asian Institute of Technology campus, Pathumthani, Thailand

Type of Contract:       Project staff

Remuneration and Benefits:

• Monthly base salary standard at THB 30,000, negotiation based on experience and budget
• Housing allowance 20% of base salary
• Health, life insurance
• Annual leave allowance of 24 days

Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge:          Bachelor’s degree in public administration, English, literature, arts and sciences, and another related field

Experience:          At least 4 years relevant experience

Skills and Abilities:  Excellent spreadsheet skills; proficiency in MS Word; strong organizational skills; excellent customer service skills; Thai and English communication proficiency

Personal Qualities:  Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking and multi-cultural environment; demonstrated ability to work as an integrated team
