ตำแหน่ง : Strategic Marketing 1 ตำแหน่ง
Description of Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies with encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
- Analyze sales client insight and set CRM structure for customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Analyze and ensure the database is segmented effectively for targetd marketing activites.
- Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all business units.
- Overseeing and implement the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS,Email,official line account.
- Conduct & co-ordinate between partners and business units to generate privilege
Programs in order to enhance customers engagement & loyalty.
- Monitor competitors to generate competitive and proactive CRM campaign.
- Deliver KPI report in each marketing campaign by weekly.
- Summarize CRM performance report by monthly.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Master degree in Marketing , Business Administration or other related fields or related field.
- 3-5 years of Strategic marketing is preferable.
- Female or male, age of 27 – 35 years old.
- Proactive and creative approach mindset.
- Good interpersonal and Analytical skills.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
