The Role

Assist HR Team in providing HR operational support to Oxfam office in Bangkok by underpinning a work environment characterised by Oxfam’s culture, values and ways of working.

What we are looking for

Essential

• Experience in Administrative/Operational Human Resources or in supporting roles
• Sound knowledge in Human Resources
• Good skill and experience in communication and/or coordination
• Experience in a non-profit organization and international environment
• Fluent in English communication of speaking, listening and writing
• Excellent multi-tasking and organized skills
• Details and deadline oriented

Desirable

• Skills in translation and minute taking is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of Thai labor law is an advantage
• Computer proficient, excel, word, power point and demonstrate skills in database management and record keeping
• Positive attitude and excellent service mind
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player, Ability to work well under pressure
