Position:
Project Assitant (Secretary of JICA Coordinator)
Contract Period:
1 year (March/April 2019 ~ maximum 4 years)
* Renewal of contract each year
Payment:
20,700 ~ (depending on the educational background and wroking experience)
* Salary rising at the timing of contract renewal
* No bonus
* Commuting Allowance, Overtime Allowance and Travel Allowance for official trip are paid
* Social Insurance
Job Description:
Main responsibilities are to support all tasks under the project assigned by JICA experts and Thai researchers as follows:
a. To assist administrative and logistic coordination of the project, i.g. procurement, contract, reservations
b. To assist the Thai Researchesrs in conducting research activities includes field survey to provincial area
c. To assist all the recordings duties (taking note, video, photos, list making, data)
d. To coordinate between Thai researchers and relevant organizations (Government office and Industrial Park)
f. To support documentation for project implementation English/Thai
g. To do secretarial job for JICA Project Coordinator and Japanese Researchers includes private matter
f. Any other necessary jobs including overtime / holiday work
Main working space is located in College of Population Study and Faculty of Engineering (near by Thai Redcross Hospital)

Employer's Background:
Chulalongkorn University and Nagoya Institute of Technology are operating collaboration reserach work on the topic of "Regional resilience enhancement through establishment of Area-BCM at industry complexes in Thailand" under the sponsership of JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) and JST (Japan Science and Technology Agency). The researche target is to develop the methodology for establish and operating training of business continuity management collaborating among the companies of industrial park, workers, and local community around the industrial parks. Thai researchers are blonging to College of Population Study, Faculty of Engineering, and other departments of Chulalongkorn Univesity. Project period is July 2018 to July 2023.
