Role Overview: To provide assistance to facilitate Human resource management tasks and Procurement efforts of PREVENTION, Thai Red Cross AIDS Research Center in line with Organization’s HR policy and contribute directly to the achievement of the organization’s vision and mission.

 

Supervisor Operations Manager

 

Staff Team Supervise 2 staff (HR officer and Procurement Officer)

 

What does the job holder plan?

Assists Operations Manager on

  • Human Resources management planning
  • Procurement planning

 

What are the outputs and deliverables?

HRM tasks:

  • Recruitment and selection activities
  • Compensation and benefits
  • HR communications, reporting tasks; prepare and update all related HR reports such as monthly report, quarterly report, annual report as required (such as exit interview & turn over report, absence report, etc), assists to ensure effective flow of information and feedback system, assists to monitoring HR policy and procedure compliance, brings the cases of dispute or problems into attention of Operations Manager in a timely manner.
  • Complete and on time payroll Job related; prepare, operate Payroll system to ensure accuracy of salary payment and generated reports, submit the payment document to all staff, submit staff income tax to the Revenue each month
  • Personnel database System; ensure of update, security and confidential of personnel database system   
  • Arrange all certified letters and all doc. as requested
  • Performance Management are completed on time as required by system & procedures
  • Assist related HR admin. Task
  • HR Policy/procedure/regulations; ensure that all of them strictly follow and prompt for auditing 

Procurement:

  • ensuring the efficient procurement process
  • ensure that all of them strictly follow and prompt for auditing

 

Skills & Knowledge’s Specific to the Post

  • HR management skills & knowledge.
  • Strong computer skills on MS word, Excel and power point
  • Management skills and Analytical
  • Ability in handling multi tasks.
  • Negotiation skills
  • Communication skills
  • Knowledge in Labour Law, HR Strategy &Trend
  • Team player – cooperative & supportive

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors or Master degree in human resources or other related fields
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in human resource management functions with at least 2 years as a supervisor
  • Some years work experience in procurement/purchase tasks
  • Knowledge in HR software especially ThaiSoftware GENiUS
  • Work experience in international non-profit organization will be advantage
  • Respect of confidentiality of official and personal information
  • Gender sensitive
  • Respect of equality of human rights
  • Responsive to human needs and motivation in working place
  • Good intention to details
  • Good command of English
  • Thai Nationality only
