Peace Corps Thailand plans to conduct two conferences on January 2019 and March 2019.

The conferences are “Peace Corps Volunteer Orientation” and “Counterpart Conference” for American volunteers and their future office supervisors in Suphanburi.

Peace Corps Volunteered Orientation

• Check-in:  Jan 5
• Check-out: Jan 16
• Nights:  12
• Air Conditioned Sleeping Rooms:  45-50 rooms with Twin bed an 10-15 rooms with King bed
• Air Conditioned Conference Room:  1 large for 120 participants;  1 breakout room for up to 60 participants each
• Equipment:  projector and screen for all conference rooms
• Coffee Breaks:  two breaks per day for 10 days
• Buffet Lunch:  for 10 days
• Dinner: 2 days

Counterpart Conference

• Check-in:  Mar 17
• Check-out: Mar 20
• Nights:  3
• Air Conditioned Sleeping Rooms:  70-80 rooms with Twin bed an 10-15 rooms with King bed
• Air Conditioned Conference Room:  1 large for 170-200 participants;  2 breakout room for up to 70 participants each
• Equipment:  projector and screen for all conference rooms
• Coffee Breaks:  two breaks per day for 2.5 days
• Buffet Lunch:  for 2 days
