- เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 35 ปี ขึ้นไป
- มีครอบครัว
- มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารงานองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเลี้ยงดูเด็ก
- มีทักษะในการติดต่อสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษและการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์
- สามารถมานอนค้างที่หมู่บ้านเด็กฯ ได้ อย่างน้อยเดือนละ 7 วัน
- มีความตั้งใจที่จะทำงานกับองค์กรในระยะยาว
- มีทักษะการเป็นผู้นำ การติดต่อสื่อสาร การวางแผน การจัดองค์กร รวมทั้งการแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
- มีทัศนคติในเชิงบวก มีความอดทน ซื่อสัตย์สุจริต
Assistant Village Director in SOS Children’s Villages Thailand
- Male / Female, Married 35 – 45 year olds
- Experience in a non-profit organization and international environment is preferable
- Proficiency in English communication and computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Long-term commitment to work with us
- Strong leadership, planning & organizational as well as problem solving skills
- Positive attitude and excellence interpersonal, verbal & effective communication skills
- Can stay at the Children’s Village at least 7 days / month
