Position Description

Epic Foundation (Epic) is seeking a highly motivated individual to take part in the work related to the selection and monitoring of NGOs and social enterprises around the World. The Program Analyst will work closely with the Director for Impact Monitoring and Research and under the supervision of the Executive Vice President and will be part of a growing team with colleagues in New York, London and Bangkok.

Key responsibilities

Support Epic Foundation in the management of the office in Bangkok

Draft key documents for the monitoring of Epic Foundation’s philanthropic investments in NGOs and social enterprises globally

Participate  in  the  selection  of  high-­‐impact  NGOs  and  social  enterprises  in  Thailand  and abroad

Support drafting of information documents related to Epic’s research agenda

Participate in the design and launch plan of a research product that will distill best practices across  1,400 NGOs that applied to Epic Foundation’s global selection process

Support Epic with the engagement of global partners and local counterparts

Required skills

Graduate from relevant University (preferred areas of expertise: social development, international development, social entrepreneurship, finance)

Relevant studies/working experience

Excellent command of English (spoken and written)

Strong interest for philanthropy, social impact and the non-­‐profit sector

Literate in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel

Ability to use emails and cloud storage software

Highly motivated and professional

Thai National

Compensation and contract duration: 50,000 THB/month

Office location: Walking distance from Phrom Phong BTS and/or Ashoke BTS/MRT.
