From our offices in Bangkok, Jakarta and Manila we lead globally important campaigns within a national and regional context. We are financially supported by tens of thousands of people across the region. To remain independent we have a policy of not accepting funding from companies and governments and therefore only accept donations from individuals and private foundations.
Summary of Position:
This position, in direct consultation with the GPSEA Support Services Manager will undertake a follow up call work in Thailand.
Key Duties
Follow up call for telemarketing in-house program.
Confidently answer questions from the supporters/general public about their support, Greenpeace campaigns and a wide range of environmental issues and concerns.
Process donations and amendment to supporter details received by phone.
Negotiate with supporters who are considering cancelling their donation using
information about our campaigns to inspire and motivate them to continue their support
Promote Loyalty program, registration and membership.
Other duties assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Good command in spoken and written in Thai.
Good command in spoken and written in English would be advantage.
Proficient in computer skills: Ms Word, Excel.
Positive Thinking, open minded and well-organized person.
Experience in customer service would be advantage.
Ability to work in a target driven and competitive work environment.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE APPLYING TO THIS POST
WORKING HOURS
Normal hours of work for full time Employee will be forty (40) per week or (5) days in a week, at 8 hours per day excluding an hour lunch break. This will be from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30 am to 6: 30 pm. Ordinary hours of work may be varied as agreed between staff and the line managers.
LEAVE
A permanent employee will be entitled to the following leaves:
Annual Leave: 20 days
Sick Leave: 30 days
Parental Leave: As per labor laws and Greenpeace policy
Long Service Leave: 2 months paid leave after 5 years of continuous service
Compassionate leave: maximum of 5 days for the death of significant others
SALARY
In determining salary offer for this position, Greenpeace applies its Salary Grading Process, taking into consideration the job description and applicant’s previous experience, and the organization’s salary grade.
