TBC is the main provider of food, shelter and other forms of support to approximately 120,000 refugees from Burma/Myanmar living in nine camps in western Thailand. TBC also provides support to Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and others affected by conflict in South East Burma/Myanmar. Now we are urgently seeking HR & Admin Asst. to work based in Bangkok, Thailand. |

Job Responsibilities: |
General Admin: Act as BKK front desk reception and be first point of contact for all visitors and callers to the office. Act as operator of a central telephone system with 20-22 extensions. Manage order of BKK Office Supplies (stationery, cleaning products, etc.). Coordinate and manage delivery services (Messenger, mail, post, courier, etc.). Control storage of stationary such as letter head paper, pen, clips, copy papers and printer toner. Manage office equipment maintenance (air con, photocopy machine, telephone, and etc.). Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of office working facilities, and environment. Handle petty cash of 5,000 THB for administration expenses and submit the reimbursement report. Contact messenger services and arrange payment for his services. Provide secretarial support to all colleagues requested by doing data processing, preparing materials, proposals, admin tools such as staff white board, staff contact lists, copying, keep stock of office, etc. for meeting, workshop and others. Provide insurance coverage of TBC assets (application, renewal). Provide coordination with claim an arrangement for termination by staff bidding, donation, sale and etc. Coordinate with translator to translate TBC documents per request Logistics and accommodation: Provide the following support to BKK and field staff in Thailand and Myanmar: Travel arrangement (Flight, Bus, rental vehicle/van, taxi and etc.). Hotel/Apartment (survey, corporate rate contract, booking, etc. for staff & visitors). Staff/Board Meetings/Workshop logistical supports (i.e., annual staff workshop, etc.). Government Documentation: Handle work permit with Ministry of Labour as per request. Support international staff and their dependence for a 90 days report, re-entry, extension and apply Visa. Coordinate with Ministry of Interior and TBC’s field office to support all camp pass process per request (TBC staff, Visitors, Inspectors, Supplies, annual camp pass, quarterly report and project proposal etc.) with guidance of senior HR & Admin Asst. HR Track all staff movement in terms of work schedule, meeting, workshop and leave records (annual leave, sick, home leave, maternity/paternity leave, social security etc. Collect data for writing monthly report. Support employee relation activities and be able to seek training courses that match with TBC training roadmap Engage TBC employee through effective communication approach and channels so that staff will understand TBC’s direction and policy. |

Job Requirements: |
- Bachelor in related field - Experience in humanitarian organization would be beneficial - At least 1 – 2 years of experience in secretarial and admin support - Proven logistics coordination and service oriented are essential - Good people and inter-personnel skills - Good Command in Thai & English Communication both spoken and written - Demonstrates computer skills in Microsoft Applications - info graphic creation - Excellent with communications skill with positive thinking is a must - Thai Nationality only - Age not over 30 TBC is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels (EOE/AA - Minorities/Females/Veterans/Individual with Disabilities) |
