About Good Neighbors (Thai) Foundation:

Good Neighbors International (GNI) is an international humanitarian and development NGO in general consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN-ECOSOC). Income Generation Officer

Administration and Communication

* Coordinate development and implementation of GN income generation program activities.

* Lead IG (Income Generation) staffs, collaborate with staff, and/or volunteers engaged in implementation n and administration of IG program.

*Collect and analyze data; prepare schedules and special reports; maintain program/project records and statistical information on Income Generation Projects.

*Assist in grant and/or proposal writing as appropriate to the objectives and funding nature of the IG program.

Financial Management

* P

* Manage and control Revolving Fund and Income Generation Project budgets

Technical Support

* Help communities identify business opportunities for investment through community-based business survey.

* Help communities acquire sustainable market for their products,

* Carry out value chain analysis and expansion

* Carry out training in entrepreneurship

General Management

* Managing IG staff members in field countries and communicating with them regularly

* Handling project-procurement matters like supplies and outsourcing contracts

* Making medium & long-term (3years) plan of the field countries and Thailand

* Reviewing feasibility of each field country POAs (Plan of Actions) and confirming the POAs in line with

the GNI IG Policy

* Conducting monitoring-visit in the field

* Reporting activities and finance following the correct procedure to IHQ

* Compiling and analyzing statistics of projects in Annual Review

* Conducting evaluation (Impact assessment) to secure effectiveness

* Build networks of project-related experts and influential groups involved in Good Neighbors (GN) IG

* Cooperate with other organizations like government, NGOs and local groups

* Training staffs in field office and provide IG implementation guidelines

Qualifications and experience

* Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in community development through IG program of NGOs or Social

ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports.

* Good written, spoken English, reporting and presentation skill (MS word, Excel, PPT)

* Ability to use financial planning tools and templates

* Ability to have networking and partnership

* Understanding of International Development and NGOs

* Knowledge in Project Cycle Management or Theory of Change

* Strong training and facilitation skills
