Position: Wish Granting Manager

Responsibilities

•    Coordinate the process of granting wishes

•    Research all options for delivering wishes in the most cost-effective and quality manner

•    Develop relationships with vendors who may provide ongoing donated products or services

•    Liaison to all constituencies including wish child family, volunteers, medical team, vendors involved in the wish-granting  

     process

•    Obtain new wish resources

•    Assist to define wish and clarify process with volunteers and wish families

•    Monitor progress of each wish and ensure wish proceeds in a timely manner

•    Update and keep current wish database and equivalent paper files on each child to ensure compliance with Make-A-

     Wish® guidelines

•    Complete Wish Record Data entry to ensure each record is complete, up to date and follows standard of use objectives

•    Coordinate all specific aspects involved with the wish, including but not limited to: transportation, accommodations,

     services,medical equipment, liability forms, and itineraries.

•    Represent the Foundation at events and or trainings when requested

•    Work on special projects as needed

•    Prepare wish plan proposal to CEO

Requirements:

    •    Degree holder in Communication Arts, Liberal Arts, Social Science or equivalent qualification in related disciplines

    •    3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in creative, advertising, and/or media field

    •    Excellent command of written and spoken English and Thai

     •   Fluency in social media form of communication is a plus

    •    Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, experience with Apple Mac OS is a plus

    •    Strong interpersonal skills and work ethics

    •    Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines

    •    Able to exercise independent judgment, take responsibility and problem solve

    •    Creative and able to think out of the box

    •    Ability to deal with sensitive information with a high level of trust and confidentiality
