The ICRC regional delegation in Bangkok provides assistance to victims of violence and works with authorities in order to improve the conditions in detention facilities. It also endeavours to promote and to strengthen humanitarian law and universal humanitarian principles.

Human Resources Program Responsible, based in Thailand
Your main responsibilities
HR Strategy:
• Understands the Regional HR strategy, develops and executes its implementation within the Delegation.
• Report to the HR Manager any relevant information that may shape the Regional HR strategy and priorities as well as the design of HR policies and processes.
HR Administration
• Proper delivery of HR administrative and people management services in the Delegation.
• Establishment of HR processes and policies consistently and accordingly to the guidelines.
• Establishing all HR documents, ensuring proper filing and use of software, preparing salary sheets and legal deductions
Talent Management
• Develop the internal guidelines, forms and processes
• Support and coach line managers in the execution of core people management tasks (employer branding, recruitment, on-boarding, performance and career management, individual professional development)
HR Projects
• Plan and implement identified HR projects (Compensation and benefits, revision of conditions of employment, and others)
Research and Analysis
• Develop and maintain a strong network on the Thai talent markets
• Identify, analyse and build networks to find qualified candidates as per ICRC selection requirements
Your education, experience & skills required
• Advanced University degree or equivalent
• 6 to 8 years work experience in HR generalist or HR Manager/responsible function
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Very good management , team leadership and training skills
• Excellent analytical, decision making and organizational skills
• Excellent computer skills, incl. spreadsheets and HR software
• Good knowledge of the national social security system, income tax system, Labour Law and local competitive employer’s customs and practices
• Ideal age would be from 30 to 50
