ADRA Thailand is currently seeking applicants for the position of Project Cashier/Aministrative Assistant ( Part Time for 3 Month) to work at our office in Mae Sot district, Tak province.
Responsibilities:
VTPT Project
Office operation functions
Purchase office supplies and maintain office equipment
Supervise cleaner and responsible for office operation
Send and receive office mail and distribute to relevant persons
Maintain log books for project vehicle, office fax and phone
Ensure office bills are paid on time
Assist HR with visas and work permits for international staff as required, under supervision of HR Chiang Mai Office
Manage project vehicle keys
Purchase travel ticket (flight/bus) and hotel booking for staff
Collect time sheets of VT staff and send to HR in Chiang Mai Office
Organize/arrange meeting venue as required
Perform other tasks as required by supervisor
BEST Project
Manage funds for project activities
Withdrawing funds from the bank according to requests
Depositing remaining funds
Conduct monthly bank and account receivable reconciliations
Review all receipts, follow up with suppliers and ensure that all expenses and details on receipts are in line with ADRA Thailand Finance and Procurement policies
Ensure that all support documents and receipts are attached to payment vouchers
Maintain petty cash funds
accurately recording all expenses into the petty cash register
maintain the daily petty cash count
Office operation functions
Purchase office supplies and maintain office equipment
Prepare material list to obtain cam pass
Maintain log books for project vehicle, office fax and phone
Manage project vehicle keys
Purchase travel ticket (flight/bus) and hotel booking as require
Assist the Project Coordinator to request funds from Chiang Mai
Assist with analysing monthly actual spending compared to approved budget
Assist with procurement review bid comparison
Prepare office asset register
Collect time sheet and send to Chiang Mai office
Perform other tasks as required by BEST project coordinator
Preferred candidates are expected to meet the following:
Language Skills:
Fluent in English and Thai (written and oral)
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to accurately prepare, review and analyze financial and statistical reports
Sound computer skills in at least word and excel
Ability to work under pressure and to cope with multi-tasking
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Outgoing and confident personality
Transparent, organized and responsible work style
