มูลนิธิรักษ์ไทย (ในฐานะสมาชิกองค์การแคร์นานาชาติ) เป็นองค์การสาธารณกุศลที่ดำเนินงานในประเทศไทยมาตั้งแต่ปี 2522 ดำเนินโครงการในด้านการช่วยเหลือและฟื้นฟูผู้ประสบภัย การจัดการทรัพยากรในชุมชน การส่งเสริมธุรกิจและอุตสาหกรรมในชุมชน งานด้านการศึกษาและงานป้องกันเอดส์และช่วยเหลือผู้ได้ผลกระทบ ต้องการรับเจ้าหน้าที่ร่วมงาน ดังนี้

Program Assistant - Migrant and Human Trafficking (Based in Bangkok) 1 Position

Responsibility:

Be responsible for project development and monitoring project activities.

Preparing annual work-plan, budget and report as needed.

Assist in monitoring project progress, supporting local organizations, managing large and small grants, 

Reporting outcomes, programmatic and financial monitoring, and documenting project lessons learned.

Qualifications :

Bachelor degree or higher in Human Resource, Political Science, Social Science or related fields

Having experience in Human Resource  Management at least 3 years Or having legal background to work on migrant and trafficking.

Having experiences in assisting in project development and management will be an advantage.

Oral and written proficiency in English and Thai, and computer literacy (especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Wide interest in social issues especially of disadvantaged groups and human rights.
