ActionAid is an international organisation, working with over 25 million people in more than 40 countries for a world free from poverty and injustice. ActionAid Thailand (AAT) is part of the ActionAid International Federation and has been working with people and communities in Thailand for a decade addressing issues related to poverty,  human rights, education, and women’s and youth’s empowerment.

ActionAid Thailand is expanding its operations and looking for highly skills and motivated Thai nationals with good English communication skills to fill the following position:

Women’s Rights Program Officer

The position provides necessary support to programme development, implementation and monitoring to ensure efficient and effective delivery of programme objectives. The Women’s Rights Program Officer will implement the strategy and project on Women’s Rights in accordance with the Country Strategic Plan, and work with partners to ensure that their project plans are in line with AAT’s strategic direction.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor Degree in social sciences, economics, women or development studies

At least 5 years relevant experience in a multi-cultural working environment, preferably an NGO

Strong knowledge and skills on project management including M&E

Experience in working on Women’s Rights area, networking and capacity building

English and Thai proficiency in both speaking and writing
