We are looking for an experienced part-time consultant (with a possibility of growth to full-time) in the field of program monitoring and evaluation, with an emphasis on data systems development and use in health and development.
Monitoring & Evaluation Consultant
The consultant will work on an as-needed basis and focus on the following:
-providing assistance to regional projects and partners on appropriate data management programs, e.g. ACCESS or others
-improving process data quality and participating in data quality audits
-reviewing quarterly reports for data quality and accuracy
-working with FHI 360 staff and partner agencies on appropriate indicators, their measurement, and use in programming
The consultant MUST have an advanced degree and at least 5 years international or regional working experience and knowledge in the following:
-Working with data management programs and monitoring in at least one health and/or development field
-Providing training and assistance to organizations in monitoring and data systems development
-Familiarity with Asia-Pacific health issues and appropriate indicators for programmatic success, particularly in TB, HIV/AIDS
-Overseas field experience required
Work location: Bangkok, Thailand (Relocation or travel cost will not be provided).
