Clinic Supervisor

Position Title:   Clinic Supervisor, Tangerine Community Health Care Centre

Organization:   The Thai Red Cross AIDS Research Center (TRCARC)

Scope of work:

          This full-time position will in Prevention Department of TRCARC to serve for Tangerine Community Health Care Centre which is the clinic for transgender people’s health. This position will provide clinic management to ensure smooth and seamless clinic service delivery and coordinate with the relevant staff to bring about the service excellence as well as research implementation. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure smooth implementation of Tangerine Community Health Centre located at the Thai Red Cross AIDS Research Centre

Coordinate with clinic staff, nurses, medical doctors and program team to ensure quality health and HIV services for transgender people

Facilitate with research team to ensure vigorous transgender-related research implementation

Be able to provide technical inputs in order to improve service delivery for transgender people

Collect service data, in partnership with MIS team, for monitoring and reporting when required

Serve as the primary contact for all inquiries/issues concerning Tangerine Community Health Centre.

Primary Qualifications

          Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Administration, Health Science, Psychology, Nursing, or related field

          At least 3 years of experience in coordination or management role.

          Good knowledge of HIV and other health-related issues for transgender people

          Proficiency in computer literacy

          Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai

          Experience in any clinic or health center, non-profit organization or research institute on health-related program or research for people with sexual diversity or people living with HIV is an advantage

          Work independently with minimal direct day-to-day supervision

          Transgender person is strongly encouraged to apply for this position
