Are you a professional passionate about making a difference? REACH for Equity is seeking a Program Coordinatorwho will be responsible for initiating and rolling out the interventions for prevention and control of AIDS, TB and Malaria (ATM) in the active conflict zones. In partnership with Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and Ethnic Health Organizations (EHOs) in over 100 Townships in Myanmar, REACH is arranging for the commodity security for ATM, coordinating with various healthcare workers for quality health services, and increasing the access to quality ATM services among the high-risk and stigmatized populations, who are disadvantaged and highly affected by armed conflicts. He/she coordinates with key persons from CSO/EHO and national counterparts as well as relevant program, grant, finance, and logistic units in the process of sub-contracting, capacity building, data and service quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation, and scheduling payments to the partnered CSO/EHO. He/she will also involve in the knowledge synthesis and document the lessons learnt to contribute the project improvement.
