Location: Chiang Mai | Status: Independent Contractor | Report to: Senior Program Manager (Localization) | Travel:Up to 40% of working time

Are you a professional passionate about making a difference? REACH for Equity is seeking a Program Coordinatorbased in Chiang Mai who will be responsible for the central focal point for the Next Generation Leaders Program. This initiative aims to strengthen organizational sustainability by equipping mid-level managers in the humanitarian and development sectors in Myanmar with adaptive leadership, crisis management, and strategic thinking skills. The Program Coordinator will ensure the development and seamless execution of the curriculum, managing logistics, stakeholder communication, and program administration to foster an environment conducive to peer learning and capacity strengthening.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in public health, development studies, or public policy, with a demonstrated focus on health systems strengthening and localization strategies
• At least 5 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or organizational development, preferably within the humanitarian or development sectors
• Highly detail-oriented with a proven track record of managing complex logistics for long-term training programs or events
• Having experience working with ethnic and community based local organizations in conflict affected area of Myanmar
• Strong understanding of the current operational landscape in Myanmar and a clear commitment to localization and capacity-strengthening initiatives
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently liaise with mid-level managers, senior executives, and advisory boards
• Confidence in English Language
• Strong knowledge of Google workspace, Microsoft Office applications and other information technology skills
• A burning passion for REACH’s mission, and a commitment to improve the health and well-being of people in Myanmar
• Ability to establish priorities in a time sensitive environment and meet deadlines with strong attention to consistency, detail, and quality
