Location: Remote | Status: Consultant | Report to: Director of Research and Policy

Are you a professional passionate about making a difference? REACH for Equity is seeking an Instructional Designer/ Content Developer for Research Capacity Training Consultant who will be responsible for designing, developing, and finalizing a comprehensive two‑tier research capacity training package that builds foundational and advanced research skills. The consultant/consultant team will produce high‑quality, contextually appropriate research training materials aligned with adult learning principles.

What We’re Looking For:

• MPH or Masters in Health Economics, Health Policy, Public Health or Development Studies
• At least 3 years’ public health research experience
• Have examples of training materials they have developed (e.g. Powerpoint slides, training manuals)
• Fluency in English Language
• Proven experience in developing training materials is essential, along with expertise in public health research.
• A strong understanding of adult learning principles and participatory training methods is required
• Excellent communication and writing skills are also necessary for this role
