 Join Us as Grants and Compliance Officer

Location: Chiang Mai | Status: Full Time | Report to: Senior Grants and Compliance Manager

Are you a professional passionate about making a difference? REACH for Equity is seeking a Grants and Compliance Officer who will be based in Chiang Mai and is responsible for Supporting due diligence assessments, prepare grant documents, and ensure all project descriptions, budgets, and approvals are finalized before issuing grant agreements, while processing sub-grant contracts and maintaining proper documentation. This role tracks partner reports, update the grant tracker, assist with management reporting, and support partner visits and compliance reviews for assigned sub-grantees. This position will report to Senior Grants and Compliance Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, public administration, or a related field.
• At least three years’ experience in grants management, contracts management, proposal development, project management or partnerships etc.
• Knowledge of donor regulations and compliance requirements
• Fluent in written and spoken English. And Thai language as a plus.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders with different cultural backgrounds.
• Competence in using information technology, work-procession spreadsheet and PowerPoint software.
• Strong problem solving, negotiation, and analytical thinking.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
