Recruiter (Contract 1 year) Urgent!
Based: Bangkok
Responsibilities:
|
1. Development Sourcing such as website, internet, job fair, university to ensure it meets our targets.
|
|
2. Define job post to the appropriate sourcing to communicate target candidates
|
|
3. Select application and contact candidates to interview
|
|
4. Screen candidates by test and interview
|
|
5. To be co-interviewer with the hiring manager
|
| |
|
6. Process hiring approval, employment contract and new staff filing
|
|
7. Inform to relevant functions such as Admin, IT, ER about new staff starting
|
| |
|
8. Prepare recruitment weekly report
|
|
9. Input employee database in Power Vision program
|
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or higher in related fields
2. Direct experience in Recruitment at least 5 years. Experience in NGO recruitment will be advantage
3. Good relations to hiring managers and quick response
4. Can work fast and recruit within time
5. Good communication in English
