Location: Mae Sot, Thailand | Status: Full Time |

Report to: Board of Director CPTF and Executive Leadership

Are you a Program professional passionate about making a difference? Community Partners Thailand Foundation (CPTF) is seeking a Foundation Director who will be based in Mae Sot and is responsible the overall leadership, strategics direction and management of the Foundation’s operations in Thailand. This position will report to Board of Directors CPTF and Executive Leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master's degree required in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5-7 years' experience in a leadership position with the local Thai Foundation.
• Knowledge and experience working in Thailand, familiar with national rules and regulations.
• Excellent and fully compliant with Thai labor law.
• Experience fundraising and programme development for social impact activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal Thai and English skills required.
• Excellent networker.
