The Team and Role: Project Coordinator (Students as Leaders Initiative)

In 2024, Teach For Thailand launched an initiative as part of our Growth Strategy 2024-2026 to make education more relevant for students. Through partnerships, we will pilot, research, and implement projects that equip teachers with the tools and networks to inspire and empower future leaders. Our focus for 2025 and 2026 will center on two key themes: 'Future Ready' and 'Environmental Education.' By 2026, we aim to develop scalable solutions that help Thai students thrive in an ever-evolving world, make informed decisions, stay motivated, adapt to change, and actively shape a brighter future for themselves and their communities.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who can coordinate multiple workstreams, manage timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment. With a strong focus on operational excellence, the Associate will be responsible for maintaining project data & documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, proactive, and able to problem-solve in a dynamic environment to drive successful project outcomes.

Key outcomes for your role will be the following:

  • Net Promoter Score (NPS) of at least 50 from relevant stakeholders
  • 100% of key activities executed as per the timeline outlined in the plans
  • 100% of activity/output/outcome data collected and input accurately in the system

Qualifications

  • Native Thai, Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Proficiency in Google suite applications (Google Docs, Sheets, and Slide) and well-versed in Google Email and Calendar and ability to learn new technology tools quickly

Apply for this role if you are:

  • A great communicator who engages diverse stakeholders with clarity and humility
  • A highly organized person - able to manage oneself incredibly well and loves to be on top of things while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Data-driven with creative problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, curious, and action-oriented.
  • Reflective with a growth mindset, learning from both successes and failures.
  • Embody Teach For Thailand’s core values: Mission Comes First, Grow Together, Sense of Possibility, and Act Like an Owner.
