URGENTLY REQUIRED
Project Manager – Youth Vocational and Life Skill Development
Purpose:
To lead country youth vocational and life skill development strategic plan and its implementation and represent Plan Thailand on vocational promotion in national and international fora.
To implement and support project implementing partners implementation of the Youth Vocational and Life Skills Development and target communities in the responsible areas
To facilitate and manage the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the grant project and oversee the program intervention ensure the effective an efficient program quality deliveries.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that the implementation of Plan Thailand Youth Vocational and Life Skills Development strategic plan through Child Centered Communication Development approach and in accordance to the resource mobilization strategy
Closely works with the selected partners to train/technical advise/facilitate them the project framework, work procedure, standard, polices, and other related conditions in order to build capacity, deliver the efficient, effective result, and achieve the goal
Technical leadership on vocational promotion and development for Plan Thailand
Technical supports and guidance on Youth Vocational and Life Skills Development programmes and projects.
Monitor and evaluation the effectiveness of Plan’s curriculum and projects including partner performance for project development and take part in the preparation of mid-term and final evaluation as well as progress report and financial report.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Social work or any related field
Minimum experience of 2-5 yeas of managing whole process of large projects in Vocational/community development programming and particularly around areas of youth and community and at least 3 years experience at management level
Proven record in project design, proposal writing, project management and report writing
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, coordination, organization and documentation skills
Flexible, cross-culturally aware and adaptable to change
