Raks Thai Foundation, a member of CARE International, which has been working in Thailand since 1979 in the area of emergency relief, community natural resources management, micro enterprise promotion, education and HIV / AIDS prevention and care for affected families and migrants, has a vacancy for :

 

Position: Program Manager

This person will work in Program Department/ Northeast and will be responsible for overseeing project management implementation and reporting. Work with project staff in preparing an annual detailed work plans and budget plans as well as quarterly donor reports. Strengthen capacity of local staff and partner organizations in program management. Monitor project progress and Facilitate regular monitoring missions and coordinate reviews of program results. Coordinate with the PQ department, provincial health office and donors to ensure meeting standards and donor requirements.

Salary                          based on experience, qualifications and salary structure of Raks Thai Foundation

Responsibilities:

 - Supervise and manage SR projects that are based in the provincial sites. 

 - Develop and implement related project strategies.

 - Oversee project implementation and monitor progress of project implementation according to the project work plan and consolidate the periodic report to be submitted to the donor.

 - Participate in field activities with field officers.

 - Coordinate with government offices and other NGOs.

 - Prepare periodic field operation reports according to standards and requirements of donors.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or higher in public health, social science, political science, social science or related areas.

- Minimum of three year working experiences in managing programs/grants in relation to Malaria or mobile migrant issues

- Good command of English , speaking & writing

- Preferred experiences in project design, monitoring and evaluation, and budgeting.

- Oral and written proficiency in English and Thai, and computer literacy (especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Demonstrated analytical skills and conceptualizing complex issues, and leadership skills.

- Strong coordination and partnership skills
