Location: Mae Sot | Status: Full Time | Report to: Director of Research and Policy

Travel: Up to 25% of working time

Are you a professional passionate about making a difference? monitors expenditures to strengthen accountability and transparency across programs. REACH for Equity is seeking a Research Manager based in Mae Sot who will be responsible for a pivotal role in providing leadership and guidance within the Research and Policy Unit.  Working closely with staff in the Research and Policy Unit and reporting to the Director of Research and Policy, the Research Manager will coordinate and contribute to research projects, activities, and partner engagement  

What We’re Looking For:

• MPH or Masters in Health Economics, Health Policy, Public Health or Development Studies
• At least 7 years’ public health research and research management experience
• Expertise in developing and implementing trainings and coordinating a team with a variety of levels of expertise/backgrounds
• Experience with budgets and other aspects of grant administration
• Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace applications and other computer skills
• A burning passion for the organization’s mission, and a commitment to improve the health and well-being of people in Myanmar 
• Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to establish priorities in a time sensitive environment and meet deadlines with strong attention to consistency, detail, and quality
