Call for submission of interest to become a preselected supplier to Malteser International in upcoming procurements

สอบถามความสนใจในการเป็นผู้จัดจำหน่ายองค์การมัลติเซอร์ อินเตอร์เนชั่ลแนลสำหรับการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างที่จะเกิดขึ้น

Malteser International (MI) is an international Non-Governmental Organization based in Cologne, Germany, providing humanitarian aid worldwide. In Thailand projects are implemented in Mae Hong Son Province, Sob-Moei District providing Health Care, Water and Sanitation services in two temporary shelters for displaced persons from Myanmar.

องค์การมัลติเซอร์ อินเตอร์เนชั่ลแนล (เอ็มไอ) เป็นองค์การพัฒนาเอกชนระหว่างประเทศที่ตั้งอยู่ในเมืองโคโลญประเทศเยอรมนี ซึ่งให้ความช่วยเหลือด้านมนุษยธรรมทั่วโลก ส่วนในประเทศไทยนั้นมีการดำเนินโครงการในอำเภอสบเมย จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน โดยให้บริการด้านการดูแลสุขภาพน้ำและสุขาภิบาลในพื้นที่พักพิงชั่วคราวผู้หนีภัยการสู้รบจากเมียนมาทั้งสองแห่ง

To comply with procurement regulations, we have to use suppliers from a preselected list when making procurements and we would like to invite suppliers and service providers properly registered according to Thai law to participate in a preselection process for registering into MI internal database of suppliers and service providers for the below listed categories. Applications for entire categories, for combined categories or for a single category are accepted.

เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับกฎระเบียบใหม่ของการจัดซื้อขององค์การ ที่กำหนดให้เราใช้เฉพาะผู้จัดจำหน่ายจากรายการที่เลือกไว้ล่วงหน้าเท่านั้น เมื่อทำการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างที่มีขนาดใหญ่ ทางองค์การต้องการเชิญผู้จัดจำหน่ายและผู้ให้บริการที่ลงทะเบียนอย่างถูกต้องตามกฏหมายไทยเข้าร่วมในกระบวนการคัดเลือกเพื่อลงทะเบียนในฐานข้อมูลผู้จัดจำหน่ายและผู้ให้บริการสำหรับประเภทที่ระบุไว้ด้านล่าง ซึ่งสามารถเลือกได้หลายหมวดหมู่หรือหมวดหมู่เดียวก็ได้

Kindly note that participation in the preselection process means that if your company is selected it will be eligible to participate in bids when we do bulk procurement but that we will still have to compare prices between several such preselected companies before making a final selection. Please note that participation in the preselection process does not impose any obligation on MI to request bids from suppliers or service providers.

Malteser International Thailand is interested in procuring goods and services in the following categories:

องค์การมัลติเซอร์ อินเตอร์เนชั่ลแนลในประเทศไทยมีความสนใจในการจัดหาสินค้าและบริการในประเภทต่อไปนี้:

Interested suppliers and service providers are invited to request a dossier containing detailed information about the process from the Malteser International (MI) Thailand office. The preselection process will be closed on 31 October 2022. Applicants, that have not received any notification from MI until the deadline of the process, should consider themselves unsuccessful in the preselection.

ผู้ประกอบการและผู้ให้บริการที่สนใจสามารถขอเอกสารที่มีข้อมูลโดยละเอียดเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการที่สำนักงาน องค์การมัลติเซอร์ อินเตอร์เนชั่ลแนล (เอ็มไอ) ประเทศไทย ขั้นตอนการคัดเลือกล่วงหน้าจะปิดในวันที่ 31 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2565 ผู้สมัครที่ยังไม่ได้รับการตอบรับใดๆ จากองค์การมัลติเซอร์ อินเตอร์เนชั่ลแนล (เอ็มไอ) เมื่อครบกำหนดของกระบวนการนี้ นั่นหมายถึงท่านไม่ประสบความสำเร็จในการคัดเลือกล่วงหน้าครั้งนี้
