Position: Senior Program Manager
Term of Contract: 1-Year (Renewal/Extension shall be considered by fundraising performance from $200,000 and above.)
Reports to: HFHT National Director, HFHT Board of Directors, and Regional Office Directors (HFH International, HFH Asia Pacific, and Mekong Hub)
Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the overall supervision of program operations and will oversee the delivery and success of each program. A Senior Program Manager must ensure that each program objective is met and will be delivered successfully and to add value to the organization.
Program Design, Development & Delivery
- Design, direct, develop, plan, and implement the organization’s programs and assess the needs to ensure that objectives are met.
- Initiate and set goals for programs and operations according to the HFHT’s strategic objectives/plan/framework.
- Create program evaluation strategies to monitor the performance of the program design, development, and delivery.
- Ensure the effectiveness of programs to meet the needs of HFHT’s Annual Operations Plan and Strategic Objectives.
- Supervise HFHT’s program and project managers assigned and involved. Provide feedback when resolving complex problems.
Lead and ensure the programs and projects are implemented in a quality and timely manner.
- Liaise with AP and provide necessary information on ongoing programs and projects.
Business & Resource Development
- Generate and maintain resource development programs (fundraising) to further build HFHT’s resources in achieving its mission
- Provide high-quality proposal/concept note reviews for both current and prospective partners/donors
- Combine bid materials (proposals, presentations, concept profiles) that could bring a project/program idea into a concrete, fundable proposition.
- Work collaboratively and foster relationships with Asia Pacific SMEs
- Contribute to HFHI’s global fundraising strategy
Grant Compliance and Donor Reporting
- Ensure compliance of all donor contracts in line with the donor and HFHT’s policies and procedures
- Develop pre-award and grant applications including involvement in donor financial reporting
- Understand and consider the risks related to donor reporting and its impact on the organization if not mitigated
- Provide inputs on internal and external audits requirements when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master Degree graduated.
- Over 35 years of age.
- Over 5-year experiences in construction business or property business.
- Advanced English communicative skills both written and verbal.
- Able to work overseas occasionally.
- Having experiences in NGO or charity foundation is an advantage.
- Salary: USD 27,000 – 36,000/ year
