Job Profile
The successful candidate will join our high-performing team to assess the sustainability performance of selected suppliers in line with relevant standards on issues such as ethics, working conditions, health & safety and wages. You will undertake desk review, insight visits and consultations to develop an in-depth understanding of the suppliers' operations, seek indications of, and gaps in, compliance, and support the supplier in advancing its sustainability journey. You will have excellent communication and analysis skills, a strong understanding of and personal commitment to working on sustainable business. You will be able to work in partnership and autonomously, and have a track-record in analysing sustainability performance, making recommendations on operational aspects that require change, and have the strategic prudence to facilitate that change.
