The Center Manager plays a key role in overseeing curricula, teaching and learning, child safety, education transitions, collaboration with government agencies, and corporate social responsibility activities. The position also helps shape the Center’s approach to learning, health, safety, and partnerships so that migrant children can access protection, education, and skills for their future.

    • Monitor and assess teaching quality, provide guidance to teachers, and support child-appropriate learning approaches.
    • Promote holistic child development, including foundational learning, critical thinking, life skills, child rights, gender equality, and well-being, through classroom and extracurricular activities.
    • Manage children’s health and well-being activities, including school lunches, nutrition, food hygiene and safety, vaccinations, and access to health insurance or health services.
  4. Coordination and Partnerships

    • Coordinate with CARE members, including CARE Japan, and donors on project planning, activity implementation, and monitoring in accordance with agreed commitments.
    • Encourage the participation of parents and communities in improving learning quality and supporting Center activities.
  5. Monitoring, Evaluation, Communication, and Reporting

    • Communicate regularly with Raks Thai Foundation’s central office on workplans, staffing, finances, and activities to ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
    • Promptly report operational challenges, risks, and significant incidents to supervisors and central-office teams, propose solutions, and follow up on agreed actions.
