RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Represent the Ford Resource and Engagement Center (FREC) as a whole and present its programs and stewards
- Manage Love Wildlife office (Nature Inc.) and its partners
- Liaise between all FREC and Bangkok 1899 stewards
- Manage the FREC programs and building needs
- Work alongside Scholars of Sustenance (SOS) for building maintenance and communication with the landlord
- Collaborate with Urban Studies Lab (USL) for Nang Loeng community engagement
- Build relations with donors and partners through meetings and attending various events
- Coordinate all bookings for spaces available at FREC and ensure FREC guidelines are adhered to
- Report to Ford on grant use and activity updates as well as manage funds allocated for FREC under Love Wildlife’s responsibilities.
- Write regular reports to donors, as required.
- Responsible for all media promotion of the FREC, including social media, press releases, etc.
- Manager will report directly to Love Wildlife Chief Executive and Ford Fund Representative

- Management experience
- Budgeting and grant management experience
- Graphic / illustration / videography skills is a plus
