DAI (Thailand) Limited, an international consulting firm, is recruiting highly qualified and motivated persons to work on a new program in Thailand. The period of employment for these positions is for three years with possibility of extension. Positions are open to Thai Nationals only.

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (BASED IN NORTH AND SONGKHLA)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Together activities;
• Ensure consistent approach, procedures and activities across the focus area, and clear expectations regarding program direction and use of resources among partners;
• Work closely with government and CSO partners, ensure completion of work plans in accordance with relevant budgets and regulations; and
• Monitor and report on program activities.

Qualifications:

• University degree in political science, sociology or other relevant field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in local, regional and national programs addressing public policy and government systems, governance, media, social inclusion and gender issues;
• Experience working with local government, universities and CSOs; and
• English and Thai fluency required.
