Bangkok Counselling Service is now accepting applications for the position of 'Thai Therapist'. We are looking for a qualified Psychologist,  Psychotherapist, or Counsellor to join our Thai Emotional Support Service. If you are a qualified, Psychologist, Psychotherapist or Counsellor interested in this new position created to meet the increase in demand for counselling in Thai, then this may be the job for you.

 The successful applicant will be part of the Thai Emotional Support and Employee Assistance Program team and will provide counselling and emotional support in Thai. The BCS Employee Assistance Program provides counselling and emotional support to employees as well as seminars on relevant issues to employees. We also run short training events to managers which the successful candidate will also provide.

 Requirements:

• Professionally qualification as a
  • Counsellor,
  • Psychotherapist or 
  • Psychologist.
• Experience providing face to face counselling in Thai
• Native Thai speaker.
• Comfortable communicating in English
• Available fulltime 5 days per week.
• Experience providing presentations and or training events

Desirable

• Have completed 250 or more hours of supervised counselling.
• Be an accredited/ licensed member of a counselling professional organization or body or be working towards such accreditation.
• Knowledge of Employee Assistance Program
• Experience designing training events & workshops
