มูลนิธิเครือข่ายพัฒนาบ้านเด็ก (Kids Home Development Network Foundation/ Baan Dek Foundation) เป็นองค์กรไม่แสวงหาผลกำไร เป็นกลาง ไม่ข้องเกี่ยวกับความเชื่อด้านการเมืองและศาสนา ให้ความช่วยเหลือและอนุเคราะห์เด็กด้อยโอกาสและครอบครัวที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่ก่อสร้างและชุมชนแออัดกว่า 1000 คน ในจังเหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยการสนับสนุนด้านด้านการศึกษา การให้ความช่วยเหลือรายบุคคล การปกป้องคุ้มครองเด็กและสนับสนุนรวมทั้งเปิดโอกาสให้ครอบครัวมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลพัฒนาเด็กเพื่อให้เกิดความยั่งยืนและให้โอกาสได้มีอนาคตที่ดีกว่าเดิม

มูลนิธิเครือข่ายพัฒนาบ้านเด็กกำลังมองหาเจ้าหน้าที่ตำแหน่ง“ผู้ช่วยด้านสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์องค์กร(กราฟิกดีไซน์)“  โดยจะทำงานภายใต้การกำกับดูแลโดยตรงของผู้ประสานงานด้านสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์และทีมบริหารของมูลนิธิเครือข่ายพัฒนาบ้านเด็ก

เงื่อนไข : พนักงานประจำสัญญาจ้างรายปี

เริ่มทำงาน : เร็วที่สุดเท่าที่ทำได้

สถานที่ปฏิบัติการ: อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และพื้นที่ข้างเคียง

บทบาทและความรับผิดชอบ:

1. แก้ไขและสร้าง สื่อวัสดุต่างๆที่ใช้ในการสื่อสารทั้งภายนอก-ภายในของมูลนิธิฯ (ภาพ, วิดีโอ, โปสเตอร์แผ่นพับ,ออกแบบเนื้อหาสำหรับโครงการ เป็นต้น)
2. ดำเนินการในการผลิตลื่อทั้งหมดที่ได้รับมอบหมาย (รับผิดชอบต่อกระบวนการพิมพ์และการผลิต)
3. สนับสนุนทีมผู้บริหารในภารกิจประจำวันและโครงการต่างๆ

คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร

สัญชาติ : ชาวไทยหรือชาวเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้

เพศ/อายุ : ไม่ระบุ

การศึกษา จบการศึกษาในสาขาวิชาหรือมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Graphic Design, computer  (หรือใกล้เคียง)

ความรู้และทักษะ : มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้ Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign ใน Adobe Creative Suite และโปรแกรมอื่น ๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง

มีประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบกราฟิกและภาพประกอบ

(หากมีประสบการณ์การทำงานกับเด็ก จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

ภาษา : มีทักษะการใช้ภาษาไทยได้เป็นอย่างดี (พูดและเขียน) และ จำเป็นต้องมีทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างดี (พูดและเขียนโต้ตอบอีเมล)

( หากมีความรู้ภาษา พม่า / ไทใหญ่ / เขมร จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

สามารถทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมการขององค์กรนานาชาติได้, มีความยืดหยุ่นในชั่วโมงการทำงาน ,สามารถทำงานได้อย่างด้วยตนเอง  ,มีความรับผิดชอบและทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน

ทักษะอื่น ๆ : สามารถขับรถจักรยานยนต์ได้

เวลาทำงาน: ทำงานเต็มเวลา วันจันทร์ - วันศุกร์ (Full-time position) + บางครั้งในช่วงสุดสัปดาห์ + ช่วงเย็น

Visual Communication Assistant (graphic designer) – Chiang Mai

Baan Dek Foundation (previously known as Kids Home development network Foundation) is a non-profit, non-political and non-religious, organization based in Chiang Mai that supports over 1000 children in need and their families living in construction sites and slums. Through specifically tailored educational programs and flexible individual support, Baan Dek protects endangered children, allows families to becoming self-sustainable and gives opportunities for a better future.

Baan Dek Foundation is currently looking for a Visual Communication Officer (skilled in Graphic Design / Illustration) Start date: as soon as possible as a Full-Time position.

Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand.

The objectives of the mission are to:

1. Edit and create communication materials for Baan Dek Foundation’s external/internal communications (editorial design: promotional posters, leaflets, illustrations / design of materials for projects / illustrations / pictures / video editing / etc).
2. Production of all the materials received (the person will be responsible for printing and production process)
3. Support the management team in day-to-day missions and projects

Required Skills:

Nationality: Thai or South East Asia nationals

Qualifications: Degree in Graphic Design or other related discipline.
Working knowledge Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and others).

Professional experience in graphic design and illustration is recommended. 

Experience with children is considered an asset.

Languages skills: Fluent Thai (spoken and written) and English proficient speaking and writing skills. Burmese/Shan/Tha-Yai/Khmer nationals are encouraged to send their application.

Salary: Starting 12,000 THB (To be defined based on experience and qualifications. Complementary advantages provided (food, transportation & phone allowance, etc.)
