Position: Online Fundraising Executive

Department: Marketing and Fundraising

Reporting to: Marketing and Fundraising Manager

Base location: WWF Thailand Office, Bangkok

Background:

According to the five-years strategic planning, WWF Thailand is going to change itself to be sustainable by generating revenue. So, WWF Thailand will be the foundation and must have its own fundraising compromised of corporate engagement, individual fundraising, and digital fundraising. Digital Acquisition Coordinator will be in charge with acquiring leads and convert to be donors.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and implementing WWF-Thailand’s digital fundraising
  • Responsible for improving CRM automation to facilitate online donor journey and improve retention rate
  • Developing online multi-channel approach, and identifying effective digital media to drive traffic to the main web page, lead generation, and online donations
  • Managing and developing existing and new digital assets of WWF-Thailand to ensure the strength of WWF brand, digital visibility, and fundraising acumen
  • Understanding WWF’s online audiences to identify and recommend appropriate routes for engaging and increasing the volumes and values of supporters as well as securing organic growth on search engines
  • Working closely with the communication team, conservation project managers, and Individual Fundraising Coordinator to smoothly merge conservation contents with digital fundraising activities
  • Setting up objectives and defining main KPIs with senior leadership
  • Providing proactive digital analysis over monthly performance
  • Planning strategic digital campaigns respecting communication and conservation teams calendars for fundraising approach
  • Leading digital fundraising initiatives by exploring alternative channels such as crowdfunding, mobile text, DRTV, events, and partnership

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years in digital marketing or online advertising
  • Experience in planning campaigns, decision making, managing agency and stakeholder, budgeting and forecasting
  • Proven record of target (sales) achievement
  • Fluent in English
  • Technical skill: Web Analytics, Content Marketing, HTML Development, Budget Management
  • Interested in conservation or wildlife project
