Background and Purposes:

According to the five-year strategic planning, WWF Thailand is going to develop the organization to meet financial sustainability.   WWF Thailand will scale up its own fundraising comprised of individual fundraising, corporate engagement, and the major gift.  The Individual Fundraising Manager is responsible for all individual fundraising strategy, plan and implementation through multi-channels either face to face, merchandising, DR TV, telemarketing, direct mail etc. The Fundraising Manager is committed to meet the target of revenue agreed in each year.

Role Responsibilities

1              Develop individual fundraising strategic plan for all multiple channels such as Face-to-face Fundraising, Merchandizing, Digital Fundraising, Telemarketing, DRTV, Mobile fundraising, Direct mail.  Monitor and control cost related marketing of all individual fundraising channels to ensure all individual fundraising will generate revenue as planned.

2              Monitor the implementation of each channel of Individual Fundraising to ensure the achievement of all targets agreed.  Along the implementation process, take action of monitoring and evaluation, and projection to ensure the plan is adjusted properly and in a timely manner.   

3              Develop and maintain excellent relationship with internal and external stakeholders, who are Conservation, Marketing and Communication, vendors, and agencies to ensure the integrated individual fundraising plan is adopted by all concerned to guarantee the organization’s target is achievable.

4              Report the performance of Individual Fundraising Program required to all relevant stakeholders who are donors, INT, network and the country office.

5              Take initiatives, adopt innovation to support fundraising by utilization of advanced technologies, such as payment technology, and social media tools that fit to the lifestyle of people etc, to ensure individual fundraising plan will be achieved with high quality and on the timely manner

6              Stay alert of all conservation movement, and the public interest in order to be able to analyze opportunities and risks to identify attractive channels (events, products, activities, printing products, and etc) to maximize the number of donors and maintain the sense of partnership of current donors.

7              Develop strategy in retaining donors by the development of donor database, and donor relations activities to ensure the acceptable attrition rate.               

Experience Skills and Competencies

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing and Sales
• 5 Years in Management of Marketing and Sale with the proven record of achievement
• 1 years as team leader of sales or fundraising team
• Knowledge of Digital marketing
• Experience in e-commerce platform is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Thai nationality
