Background:

We are a successful eco-resort at Khao Sok that operates a free camp for Thai children to educate and inspire them about nature and the environment. The camp has full facilities for 20 or more children and uses the national park for creative, inspiring activities.

The camp director will report to the General Manager of the resort, as well as the owner with regular reports on camps and outreach programs.  Camp Director will oversee camp staff of around 4.

Qualifications:

- Thai or foreigner reasonably fluent in both Thai and English

- Bachelor’s degree in education, science, or related field

- experience working at or running nature or educational camps

- passion for nature and for working with children

-Strong writing, computer, and organizational skills

Job responsibilities:

-Coordinate with local schools and organizations to provide camps for kids

- Plan and schedule camps of from 2 – 7 days

- Detailed design of activities

-Outreach to international schools
