 || EMPLOYMENT OFFER – THAILAND DIRECTOR – CHIANG MAI ||

Urban Light is currently looking for a professional and dedicated Thailand Director to join our team via the Urban Light Youth Center located in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Urban Light is an organization dedicated to rebuilding, restoring and empowering the lives of young men who are victims and at-risk of trafficking & exploitation.

Reporting to the Founder and the U.S Board, The Thailand Director will have strategic and managerial responsibility of Urban Light grants, budgets, programs and field staff. The Thailand Director will work closely with the UL Finance Officer to ensure all spending/funding is in line with grant budget.

Strong candidates will have significant experience in grant management including grant implementation, compliance, reporting, and evaluation; as well as non-profit management with a strong emphasis on program and team leadership. Additionaly candidate will have demonstrated experience in working with marginalized communities.

NATIONALITY | Thai nationals and/or Foreign Citizens 

EDUCATION | graduates with experience in the field of project management / non-profit management / International development

LANGUAGE SKILLS | proficient in Thai + English speaking and writing skills

WORKING SKILLS | Full time - Monday to Friday/ 10AM to 5PM + occasionally on weekend + evenings

SALARY EXPECTATIONS | To be determined based on experience and qualifications. Complementary advantages provided (food, transportation & phone allowance, etc.)
