TITLE:  Field Assistant

TEAM/PROGRAMME: Drowning Prevention        LOCATION: PhangNga

CONTRACT LENGTH: 3 Months

Reports to: Sr. Field coordinator

Budget Responsibilities:

Role Dimensions: Field Assistant, work closely with primary schools for drowning prevention

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY :

1) Support Training for Field works on water safety prevention.

2) Support Pnag Nga team on water safety activity

3) Filed Work together with Phang Nga field officer for school and community works on water safety prevention.

4) Any other business for water safety program needs

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Thai National
• Graduate Degree of Education or have an experience
• Flexibility of time work
• Have good interpersonal skills

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Essential:

• Experience for teaching with the children.
• Data collection and Documentation Management
• Demonstrated project co-ordination and facilitation skills
• Understand physician and Psychosocial of child development.
• Demonstrated project co-ordination and facilitation skills
• Be able to have understand child development in various age of children.

Desireable:

• Adaptation skill and open for learning in the new content/model
• Creative and Planning skills
• Good communications
